This recipe is going to BLOW YOUR MIND. Literally, 3 ingredients and absolutely delicious (and you don’t have to wait for the cookies to bake – win win!).
Mix up 1 can of chickpeas and 2 tspb wild friends peanut butter (or add more to get the texture your desire). Once these are mashed together, add in 2 tspb of chocolate chips or cacao nibs. Set in the fridge for a half hour or eat right away. It’s that simple.
And as a side note, chickpeas are super healthy for you as they are a rich source of vitamins and fiber. They are known to improve digestion, aid in weight management and high are in protein. (Read more here).
