Bring Your Own Kombucha is written by ME, Erica. I am a wife, momma, health enthusiast, attorney, and writer at heart. I started BYOK as a way to document my wellness journey and lead by example, you do NOT need to be a nutritionist or yoga instructor or chef in order to live a healthy lifestyle. I am an average woman, sitting at a desk all day, living my best + healthiest (okay well pretty healthy) life.
BYOK is not your typical health and wellness blog. Instead of purporting to be the expert on wellness (because, well I am not an expert) and telling you what to do in order to live a healthy life (because let’s be real – EVERYONE is different and there is no one size fits all wellness plan)- I am simply sharing MY personal journey to wellness. I share with you what works for ME.
I share with you how I integrate more earth-friendly habits, more schedule friendly workout routines, LOTS AND LOTS of GREENS (because I don’t ever eat enough of them!) into my diet, and ways to balance the mind, body and soul.
