I debated writing this post because 1 – I’m not a doctor and 2- I am NOT offering medical advice. But at the same time, I am preparing for COVID19 and I want to know what YOU are stocking up on (because we all learn from each other!).
While this virus is invisible and we are all at risk of being exposed to it, at the same time I do think there are some ways to prepare. Keep those walks up and exercise, EAT HEALTHY MEALS (avoid the crap – we want our bodies to be full of nutrients), keep up on your vitamins, and obviously practice clean hygiene practices.
So without further ado – here is a list of what I am stocking up on right now.
