We had an excess of strawberries this week from strawberry picking so we had to get creative. Luckily this recipe was so easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup @bobsredmill rolled oats
2 Bananas
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp @thenutfarmtexas nut butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
Honey (optional) to taste
Directions:
In a blender, add all the ingredients (only add half the strawberries). Blend well! Taste and add honey as necessary. Pour into pan and top with strawberries. Heat in oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
This makes several servings so for breakfast for atleast a few days! We top ours with yogurt, chia seeds and strawberries
