If you are looking for ways to fit in more nutrients into your diet, but in a really fun and delicious way, check out Philosophie Berry Bliss by Sophie Jaffe. Sidenote: Sophie has worked with celebrity clients like George Clooney and Gerard Butler. She KNOWS what she’s doing here!
Berry bliss is a blend of organic ingredients including acai, goji, sprouted brown rice protein, pomegranate, camu camu, manosteen, and maca. The dynamic combo is high in antioxidants, protein and vitamin A and C.
There are absolutely NO fillers so this is a super CLEAN way to shift your energy. And the best part is there is no added sugar, yet it is still tasty AF.
Well what do we do with it you ask? Find my favorite three creations below. And under that you will find more recipes Sophie has on her website! Enjoy!
1 –Berry Bliss Chia Jam: Super easy to create. Snag your berry bliss here. Then take three cups of berries and heat on medium temp on the stove. Stir frequently. Ones soft, mash berries and add 1 tbsp of berry bliss. Mix thoroughly. Then add 1 tbsp of chia seeds and mix again. I usually let it sit for 20 minutes to let the chia’s absorb and take form. Add to toast or a yogurt bowl or desert of your choice!
2- Berry Bliss Latte: Take 3 cups almond milk and 1 1/2 tbsp of berry bliss and heat over a medium temperature on the stove. I also love to toss in beets (dilute in blender with part of the almond milk to become a latte friendly texture). Adding a pinch of cinnamon or some collagen is optional. Use a hand held frother to mix and voila! You got yourself a super easy and delicious berry bliss latte.
3- Berry Bliss Yogurt Bowl: This one is super easy, mix 2 tbsp of berry bliss with greek yogurt. Add some fresh organic berries and some good for you granola (my favorite is Purely Elizabeth because it is FULL of clean ingredients!).
