I am all about the meal prep lately. Probably because my schedule is just so jam packed lately. That’s why I wanted to share with you my two go to overnight oat recipes that are creative and an easy way to get your breakfast in on the go!
Pumpkin Collagen Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Wild friends pumpkin spice peanut butter
1/2 cup Bobs Red Mill oats
1 scoop Vital proteins coallgen
1sp pumpkin spice
1 cup milk (of any variety, I make my own almond milk using Ellie’s Best nutmilk bags)
Option to add chia seeds in it as well
Directions: Layer it all in a mason jar and leave it in the fridge overnight. Your tasty breakfast is ready in the morning!
Ashwaganda Bluberry Oats
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup @wild_friends vanilla almond protein butter
1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 cup berries
1 cup @vitalproteins vanilla collagen
1/2 teaspoon @sunpotion ashwaganda.
Leave in an air tight mason jar and leave in overnight. Wake up to deliciousness! -> Why ashwaganda? Anti-cancer properties, reduces cortisol (stress!) levels, reduce blood sugar level and more. I found that it truly helps me destress.
ENJOY!
