Hi friends! Happy Cinco de Mayo!
Since I’m pregnant, I don’t have any zesty cocktails to share with you but here’s a Mexican Hot Chocolate recipe using philosophie cacao.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp cacao magic powder
- 4 oz lily’s chocolate chips
- 7 oz coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions: Whip this bad boy up in a few minutes. Over medium heat, whisk and heat up all the ingredients until creamy and smooth. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. ENJOY!
