This is what Lizzie refers to as the “sticky snack” and she’s not wrong. These are so crispy and SO delicious we are making them on repeat. I also decided to add a tbsp of @itblume lavender blend and/or beetroot latte to later batches that we made to add some extra nutrients to it.
Here we go:
1/2 cup @thenutfarmtexas nut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
5 cups brown rice cereal
Mix together cashew butter, maple & cereal. Press firmly into a lined pan & let sit for an hour. Mangia Mangia!
