Intermittent Fasting Guidelines
Are y’all ready for the #IFCHALLENGE? You have over 80 amazing women partaking in this challenge with you! I know you can do it! Just remember, it may get difficult at times but push through because great challenges lead to great accomplishments. With that being said, here is what the challenge entails:
Only eat within an 8 hour period, fast for 16 hours.
Figure out what schedule works for you. I work a 9 a.m.-5 p.m. job in an office. So I typically stop eating at 7 p.m. the night before and I won’t have my first meal until 11 a.m. the next day. This allows for a 16 hour fasting period and 8 hour span of when I can eat.
Similarly, Amanda has her first meal at 10 a.m. and has her last meal at 5 p.m. She has provided her EXACT SCHEDULE here.
However, this isn’t a one size fits all plan. If your a nighttime nurse or your schedule doesn’t allow for that, go ahead and modify it to fit your needs. Do whats best for YOU. Just make sure you are fasting for the directed amount of time.
Use the #IFCHALLENGE on your social media accounts and make sure you check in every day on instagram.
In order to be entered to win some great prizes, we ask that you use our hashtag and check in on the EAT Pur or BYOK instagram page (we will tell you each day where to post).
