Busy mama over here just trying to feed my kids healthy food and stay sane. Baked oats are not only SIMPLE AF but we will eat them for 2+ days when I make a big batch. I also grabbed this gingerbread blend made by Blume that is meant for lattes, cookies, smoothies and of course I used it for my oats! The cool part about Blume is that it is an vegan and organic blend made with superfoods and REAL food like ginger, dates, etc.

Here we go:
2 cups oats
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder (often I skip this if I don’t have it)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 3/4 cups almond milk (or any milk)
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
2 eggs
OPTIONAL ***BLUME GINGERBREAD BLEND*** 1 tablespoon
OPTIONAL 1 cup of fresh fruit (I love adding cherries)
OPTIONAL 1/2 cup lily’s chocolate chips (optional but a hit with the kids)
OPTIONAL vanilla greek yogurt to top
Preheat over to 375. Start by mixing dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients. Once mixed, add together to a pan and bake for 40 minutes.
