This pretty much sums up the reasons why I think we should care about Mother Earth. We need to do it for our kids, our grand kids + future generations. And while I know I can do SO MUCH more, I am trying to tackle becoming more ecofriendly one step at a time. I have found some pretty neat companies + swaps along the way so I wanted to share them with you.

Stasherbags replace plastic baggies. You can use them for everythign from sandwhichs or to store makeup when traveling or to boil food in. They are made of food grade safe silicone and I’ve been using the same ones for YEARS! Grab some on amazon.

Biodegradable Trash Bags are such an EASY swap and something everyone uses on the regular. This easy swap will help avoid so much plastic in the landfills. These can also be found on amazon. They also have doggie poop bags that are biodegradable.

Rothy’s may be my all time favorite swap. These shoes are made with recycled rubber and plastic bottles. HOW AWESOME IS THAT! Check these out here.

Wrappily is a wrapping paper company that reuses recylced paper for adorable prints. I always feel guilty about buying wrapping paper since its used for half a second before its ripped right open and disposed of. This paper is guilt free!
