HELLLLLLLLO from SUNNY SAN DIEGO! Yes, right now I am probably on a beach reading Girl, Wash Your Face. I love reading a good book on vacation + long plane rides. Bonus points if it is wellness related.
Currently, I started reading Girl Wash Your Face for the Dash of Sass Book Club (it is FREE and merely a facebook group, so go ahead and join it!).
But I also have some favorite reads/ books on my reading list that I wanted to share with yall. Grab a kombucha and check out one of the beach reads below!

- GENUIS FOODS by Max Lugavere: Just got this book gifted to me by the Almost 30 girls and I cannot wait to jump in. It is getting so many AMAZING reviews and Max has been on so many podcasts chatting about how to optimize your brain healthy via food!
- Innerbloom by Sarah Ordo: This book is all about living your best life. Sarah’s first book, SOBER AF, focused on her alcohol addiction and her second book focuses on finding happiness thereafter. It’s a quick read that will shift your perspective!
- Girl Code by Cara Alwill: If you are a woman entreprenuer then this is a MUST READ for you. Cara is also the creator of the Champagne Diet and knows her sh*t!!
- True Roots by Kristin Cavallari: Anyone a laguna fan here? Everyone is raving about Kristin’s recipes in this dairy free, gluten free and sugar refined cookbook!
- You are a Baddass by Jen Sicero: This is a total game changer. I was recommended this book by like 645654523 people about 64651323. times and finally gave in. I am actually listening to it via audible. It is an easy listen and mood booster for when you are going for a run or on your commute to work. Jen teaches you how to make shifts in your life and #treatyoself.
- Sweet Bitter by Stephanie Danler: I snagged this book for a quick beach read since this book is actually a TV series on STARZ right now. It’s about a twenty something living in NYC enduring the “grimy backdrop of New York’s most elite restaurants,”
- Woman Code by Alisa Vitti: If you are looking for a wellness book that is going to change your life, THIS IS IT. Did you know there is certain time of the month thats better work out? Did you know there is a certain time of the month thats better to be plant based? This book decodes it all for you!
- Same soul, Many bodies by Dr. Brian Weiss: If you are curious about past life and future life regression, this book is for YOU. It is so captivating and fascinating even if you don’t fully believe in reincarnation.
- The Little Book of Skincareby Charlotte Cho: This is the perfect coffee table book FULL of Korean Beauty Secrets. I got this one for Christmas and it is a total favorite of mine!
