Some common questions are answered below.
Can I work out? Yes, if you normally work out you can definitely work out. See more on that here. What if I don’t drink coffee? Tea, Water, and Matcha (without milk) is okay to drink. You want to avoid stevia and additives because it will break the fast. Coffee with some health fats such as ghee, coconut oil, MCT oil, etc are good fats to include. About how many calories should we aim for during the window we do eat? As far as calories, you want to ensure you are getting a good amount of calories during your eating window! Typically the same amount of calories you would normally eat should be eaten but the difference is doing it in an 8 hour window. Opt for nutrient rich foods as well 🙂
